How to keep your data up to date

To keep your account active, your data must be regularly confirmed.
This includes the Yearly Data Accuracy Check (YDAC) and expired documents.

🔄 What is YDAC?

The Yearly Data Accuracy Check (YDAC) is triggered 365 days after your last verification.
You’ll see a prompt at login – confirm or update your address.

🚫 What happens if you skip YDAC?

Your account will be deactivated with the message “Data check pending”.
You can reactivate it easily by completing YDAC at your next login.

📄 What if your documents expire?

If your ID is about to expire or already expired, you’ll see a banner in your account.
You can still use your account, but should update your documents soon.

Log in
Go to Account > Verification
Upload a valid document
