My credit card couldn’t be verified – where is my deposit?

Was your credit card verification not completed successfully?

If the verification fails, the amount is not charged. Instead, it remains as a pending (pre‑authorised) transaction with your credit card issuer.


⏱️ Important: 72‑Hour Verification Window

If you complete your credit card verification within 72 hours (3 days),
➡️ the pending amount will be automatically credited to your account.

If the 72‑hour deadline passes, the pre‑authorisation cannot be released by us anymore and will remain pending until your credit card provider clears it.


💳 What happens after 72 hours?

If you do not verify your card within the 3‑day window:

  • The amount will not be collected
  • It stays visible as a pending transaction
  • The release/refund is processed exclusively by your credit card issuer

In most cases, such pre‑authorisations are removed within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

For the exact date of the release or if you need a status update, please contact the customer service of your bank or credit card provider, as only they can confirm when the pending amount will be reversed.
