How to keep your account active and data up to date
To keep your account active, your data must be regularly confirmed.
To keep your account active, we need you to regularly confirm your personal information.
This includes the Yearly Data Accuracy Check (YDAC) and making sure your documents are up to date and not expired.
🔄 What is YDAC?
The Yearly Data Accuracy Check (YDAC) is triggered 365 days after your last verification.
When it’s due, you’ll see a prompt at login asking you to confirm or update your address.
❗ What happens if you don’t complete YDAC?
Your account will be deactivated with the message “Data check pending.”
You can easily reactivate it by completing YDAC at your next login.
📄 What if your documents expire?
If your ID is expired, you’ll see a banner on your account.
You can still use your account, but you should update your document as soon as possible.

Upload a valid document
