How long will my payment method stay active?

Your saved payment method remains active for 180 days.
If it’s not used within that time, it will be automatically removed from your account.

It’s easy:

• Make a new deposit of at least 10€ using the same method

• After that, you can withdraw as usual or contact our Messenger for support
