How can I lift my self-exclusion?

Since July 1, 2021, all decisions regarding the lifting of a self-exclusion are made centrally by the Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt. Tipico has no influence over the process or the outcome.

ℹ️ Important to know:

  • For indefinite exclusions (self- or third-party), you can submit a request no earlier than one year after the exclusion was activated
  • temporary self-exclusion ends automatically after the selected period. Only then can you apply for removal
  • Once you receive official confirmation that your exclusion has been lifted, feel free to contact us
