I’m moving from Germany to Austria – what happens to my Tipico account?

If you’re relocating from Germany to Austria, your Tipico account will need to be adjusted due to different licensing regulations in each country.

🔄 What happens to your German account?

• Your German account will be closed, as it’s only valid for residents of Germany.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the closure is complete.
• Any remaining balance can be withdrawn – we’ll need your help to process it.

📄 What do we need for the payout?

Please send us a bank statement (photo or PDF) showing:

• Bank logo
• Account holder’s full name
• Complete IBAN
• Issue date (not older than 6 months)

📌 Note: For legal reasons, we cannot accept photos of credit or debit cards.
