If you can’t log in to your Tipico Sport account because you no longer have access to the registered email address, please contact us from your new email address. To help us process your request quickly, make sure to include the following:

📎 What we need from you:

  • photo of the front and back of your valid ID document
    (e.g. national ID card – including temporary ones –, residence permit, or passport)
  • Your username, if known
  • written request asking us to update the email address on your account

Once we’ve verified your information, we’ll send a confirmation link to your new email address.
