How do I register my Tipico customer card in the shop?

1. Visit any Tipico shop of your choice

2. Ask a staff member to register your Tipico Card

3. Present a valid identification document

4. Confirm your personal details and sign digitally

Accepted ID documents:

• National ID card (including temporary, front and back)
• Residence permit (including temporary, front and back)
• Passport (only with an additional proof of address)

Valid proof of address (for passport only):

• Bank statement
• Utility bill (electricity, gas, landline)
• Registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung)

📌 Important: The proof of address must not be older than 6 months.

Once your identity is successfully verified, your Tipico Card is ready to use – for betting in the shop and optionally online.
