There are several reasons why Cashout may not be available, and this usually does not indicate an error. Common reasons include:
1. The market is currently suspended
During key in‑play moments (e.g. penalties, VAR checks, red cards), markets may be paused. Cashout is unavailable during these periods.
2. A match in your combo bet is interrupted
If one of the selections in your combo bet is paused, abandoned or postponed (e.g. due to weather, floodlight failure or medical emergencies), Cashout becomes temporarily unavailable for the entire bet slip.
3. You placed your bet using bonus funds
Bets placed with bonus balance are not eligible for Cashout. Therefore, the option will not appear.
4. Technical or market‑related limitations
Live data or odds feed adjustments can temporarily disable the Cashout option.
